MidasPlus is licensed by the Regents of the University of California. For non-profit institutions and government agencies the cost of a MidasPlus license is $350. Commercial sites should contact the address below for pricing information. In exchange for the licensing fee, you will receive a distribution kit containing MidasPlus binaries for all supported workstations, source code for all programs, a user's manual, installation instructions and release notes. Support and training are not available, although we do welcome bug reports and periodically issue update releases that incorporate bug fixes. Please note that we are an academic institution and not a commercial software company.
Two copies of the signed license agreement must be returned to us, along with full payment or a purchase order, before we can ship you the MidasPlus software. Checks should be made payable to ``The Regents, University of California.'' After we have signed the completed agreement, we will return one copy to you for your records. A Portable Document Format (PDF) version of the license agreement is available. (Note: Get a free Adobe Acrobat Reader for displaying and printing PDF documents if you need one.) Or, you may contact the e-mail address below and we will send you a version of the license with your organization's name and address included. Please do not make any changes to the license agreement, as even simple changes may significantly delay or even prevent us from completing the agreement.
